How to make an icon
- Drop your logo or picture onto the box, or tap the box to choose a file.
- Choose a shape: rounded square, square or circle. For a rounded square, set Corner roundness.
- Use Space around picture to add room on all sides. Tick Fill the background to add a color behind the picture.
- Pick a Size and press Download PNG.

Which icon size to pick
512 x 512 is the size most app stores and web app files ask for. 192 x 192 is used for the Android home screen and in web app manifests. 180 x 180 is the Apple touch icon, shown when someone adds your site to an iPhone home screen. 32 x 32 is a browser tab icon.
Google asks for a square site icon of at least 8 pixels and recommends one larger than 48 pixels, so a 192 pixel PNG is a safe pick for a site icon. Choose a simple shape with strong contrast, because an icon is small.
